Instant Mango Pickle

Mango pickle (Manga Oorga) makes an awesome combo with curd rice. This pickle can be made in a jiffy and can be very well stored for a few days in the fridge.
Ingredients:
Raw mango (cubed) - 1
Salt - to taste
Hing - pinch
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp

Method:
1. In a pan, heat oil and splutter mustard seeds, temper the pickle.
2. Mix all the ingredients well.

PS:
I used a shaker to mix the ingredients.
