Cabbage Egg Veggie

Cabbage Egg Veggie (Muttai Khos Poriyal) is tasty veggie made with combination egg and cabbage. Serves as an excellent side dish for rice dishes.

Ingredients:
Egg - 1
Cabbage (shredded) - 2 cups
Onion - 1
Curry Leaves - few
Coriander leaves - few
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 3 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Channa dal - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Water - 1/4 cup


Method:
1. In a pan, heat oil and splutter mustard seeds, channa dal, urad dal, cumin seeds, asafoedita.
2. Add onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste and saute for a while.
3. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cabbage, salt, water and cook till its done.
4. Add egg, cook till its done and serve.
