Bonda

Bonda is a popular snack in road side tea stall in South India. Can be served as starter or even with tea as a evening snack.
Ingredients:
Gram Flour - 1 cup
Curry Leaves chopped - handful
Corianer Leaves chopped - handful
Onions chopped - 1
Asafoedita - little
Salt - to taste
Chilli powder - to taste
Food Color (orangish red) - pinch
Oil - for deep frying
Water - as required

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients except oil.
2. The batter should be like idli batter. Keep aside for 10 minutes
3. Heat oil, add the batter little by little to the oil.
4. Deep fry it till golden brown.
5. Serve it hot with chutney/sambar/tomato sauce.

PS:
Tastes yummy when it's had hot.
