Vegetable Puff

Vegetable Puffs are crispy pastry item baked with vegetable stuffing of your choice. Can be served with sauce.
Ingredients:
Pastry sheet - 8
Mixed Vegetables - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 2 pinch
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Ajwain powder - 3 pinch
Black pepper powder - 1 pinch
Garam Masala powder - 1 pinch
Coriander leaves - few
Curry leaves - few
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - very few

Method:
1. Thaw the refrigerated pastry sheet.
2. In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, onions, ginger garlic paste, mixed veggies and fry for a while.
3. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, ajwain powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, salt and fry till it is cooked.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves. Let it cool completely.
5. Roll the pastry sheet on a flat surface and cut into 4 portions.
6. Keep 2 tsp of the filling and fold diagonaly and seal with water.
7. Place them on a baking sheet and bake according to package instruction (400 F for 20 minutes) until they look fluffy and golden on the outside.
