Mushroom Curry

Ingredients:

Mushroom - 2 cups

Onion - 1

Tomoto - 1

Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp

Curry masala powder - 1 tsp

Salt - to taste

Turmeric powder - pinch

Coriander leaves - few

Curry leaves - few

Oil - 3 tsp

Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp

Urad dal - 1/4 tsp

Water - 1 cup



Method:

1. In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal.

2. Add onion, curry leaves and tomato and saute it.

3. Add the mushroom, turmeric powder, curry masala powder, chilli powder and salt.

4. Add water and allow it to boil for 10 mins and cook it till it thickens.

5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
