Small Onions - 3
Curry Leaves - few
Green Chillies - 3
Salt - to taste
Boiled Rice - 2 cups
Oil - 2 tsp

Method:
1. In a pan, heat the oil, splutter mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal, chillies and curry leaves and fry for a while.
2. Add turmeric, salt, onions, mix well and switch off.
3. Add rice, lemon juice and mix well.

PS:
1. Green chillies can be replaced with Red chillies.
2. Normally 1 tbsp of groundnuts is added instead of onions.
